Research and Development |
R&D Staff 10 to 19, machinery/equipment for R&D from Taiwan and the USA. There is a constant evaluation of potential new products by conducting marketing research or production testing to improve quality and reduce cost. We also pay attention on material sourcing and enhancing production efficiency. It takes about three months to develop one new product and 10 new products are developed each year on average.

We have in-house QC staff. All QC inspectors are experienced. Special training is provided to them. Regular meetings are held to maintain a thorough QC process. Production staff are also trained to perform QC inspections.

In order to assure the best quality of our products, all raw materials have to pass a strict inspection before production. Each production process for stitching, sewing and printing are inspected by our experienced QC staff. All inferior products are rejected. All finished products are checked twice by two individual QC departments before packaging.

Metal frame, wood, nylon plastic and fiberglass are sourced from Taiwan and China. All incoming materials, work-in-process and finished products are tested to conform our standard requirements.

We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.

- Site Advantages/Description |
Our factory is located to sea port, railway station and airport. It takes only five minutes from the airport to our factory. From our factory to Hom Hung railway station in Hong Kong, it takes about one hour and five minutes. We have a warehouse with 1,500 square meters in size, storing materials and finished products. Our monthly production is about 50,000 to 60,000 dozens.

Our total capital investment is US$400,000-500,000. Among our machines, 50% are imported whereas 50% are locally sourced. Our factory is equipped with cutting machines, sewing machines and molding machines. There are six assembly lines in a systematical production process. Professional silkscreen and offseting printing are used. We have two QC departments for inspection of both materials and products. Recycled materials are used for packaging. Tailor-made packaging is available.
